They understand we expect the highest level of judgment and character. They also know we are with them every step of the way; we are their bedrock, their support. This allows them to focus solely on you and your family.

 

We seek to understand each caregiver as a person as well as his/her professional reputation and experience level. We only hire those who are, in our opinion, exemplary on all levels, personal and professional.

 

Our comfort with our caregivers does not take the place of our rigorous screening process. Every caregiver is subject to a criminal background check, at the minimum. Their professional history, references and industry knowledge is closely scrutinized.
