Basic Care

Care for individuals who need minimal assistance, supervision or companionship.

Caregivers provide light household duties, meal preparation, errands and transportation.

Moderate Care

For those who need expanded basic care; personal assistance with life’s necessities.

Includes all Basic Care services. In addition, we provide night assistance, bathing, toileting, dressing and mobility assistance.

Dependent Care

For those who need specialized care. For patients who are bed bound and/or wheelchair dependent. Includes all Moderate Care services. In addition, caregivers assist with mobility, use of special equipment and incontinence requiring the use of adult diapers.

All caregivers who work on these holidays are compensated an additional $50

Cost Effective

Serving Angels is the most cost effective when 24 hour care is needed. Sitting services normally charge between seven to ten dollars per hour. When working with hourly sitters, you may need as many as five different individuals per week.

With Serving Angels, our daily rates are more cost effective than hiring an hourly sitter service. In addition, one weekly caregiver provides stability and continuity in patient care.

Insurance policy

We are working toward using Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance.

Mileage

Our services for you include caregivers transporting our clients when necessary. Should the caregiver use his/her own vehicle, mileage should be reimbursed to the caregiver at the standard rate of 39.5 cents per mile.

Hospital Policy
Our policy is to accompany our clients to the hospital when necessary. All standard guidelines are effective; caregivers should be given adequate rest and nourishment so they can effectively care for you. Please arrange for a guest tray, cash allowance or bring food and relief.
